At Aanwik, we take care to ensure every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are packaging supplies, partially used items or those showing signs of tampering are not eligible for return.
Defective or Wrong Items
If the item is incorrect, defective, or does not match your order, contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Customer-Initiated Returns
For returns due to incorrect ordering or changed requirements, the product must be completely intact. Return shipping is the customers responsibility, and refunds will reflect deductions for shipping charges.
